The reason for not mushroom is that the 1. selected varieties are not suitable:

Mushrooms are cultivated in spring, bags are made in early spring, and mushrooms are produced in autumn, winter and spring. Medium-temperature or low-temperature, late-ripening varieties, such as 939 and Weixiang No.1, should be selected. Off-season cultivation of Lentinus edodes, late winter or early spring bag making, late spring, summer, autumn mushroom, should choose medium temperature or high temperature type, early maturity varieties, such as Shenxiang 10, Shenxiang 6, 931, Wuxiang 1, etc.

In the deep winter and early spring seasons, the nutrients of the mushroom sticks are almost exhausted, the yield is sharply reduced, and there is no production significance.

Solution: appropriate varieties and corresponding cultivation techniques should be selected according to the local climatic conditions and cultivation seasons.

The reason for not producing mushrooms 2. the lack of nutrients in the bag:

1. Unqualified sawdust selection: The selected broad-leaved forest sawdust such as fruit tree branches is decayed and deteriorated, resulting in insufficient or even depleted effective nutrition for the normal growth and development of Lentinus edodes. The wood chips of conifers such as pine, fir, camphor and cypress are used directly without treatment. The terpenoids contained in them can inhibit or even kill the mycelium of Lentinus edodes, resulting in insufficient nutrition of mycelium and frustration of mushroom production.

Solution: choose fruit trees, oak trees, birch and other rosaceae, shell, betulaceae broad-leaved tree sawdust is ideal, this kind of tree sawdust fresh, dry, no pests, no mildew.

2. The management of bag material Lentinus edodes is unreasonable: it is mainly manifested in three periods of bag-making, oversummer and intermittent cultivation.

Solution: through the puncture, heating, dredging, ventilation, shading and other measures to control the bacteria, the summer of the bacteria stick environment temperature of 18-25 ℃. After a crop of mushrooms is finished, the intermittent cultivation time is generally 7-15 days or even longer, so as to rejuvenate the mycelium and accumulate more nutrition. The next crop of mushrooms stimulates the mycelium of the mushroom feet to change color over the mushroom production time.

The reason why mushrooms do not appear is 3. that the color change management is not in place:

Some fungus sticks are affected by strong light, too dry air or too many times of turning, etc., which often turn too deep and form thicker thyroid fungus skin, resulting in difficulty in fruiting.

Solution: During the color change, the mushroom shed temperature is kept at 18-22 ℃, the relative humidity is 55-75%, and scattered light is maintained. When the fungus bar with too thick fungus skin is produced, the fungus skin should be softened by soaking the fungus bar in water and then covered with film to raise the temperature, and then the fungus skin should be stimulated to produce mushrooms. not mushroom causes 4. mycelium improper growth:

After the mycelium is inoculated on the medium, the fruiting body can be formed when the development reaches physiological maturity. The length of bacterial age is affected by species restriction and environmental conditions, and temperature is the key to affect the physiological maturity of mycelium. For medium and low temperature varieties, the suitable temperature for mycelium growth is 20-25 ℃. If the mycelium is below 20 ℃ for a long time, especially below 10 ℃, although the mycelium is cultured for a long time, the required accumulated temperature is not enough, and the mycelium is immature, so it will not produce mushrooms.

Solution: Place the fungus bag under the condition of 20-25 ℃ to continue the culture, or pile up the fungus cylinder, cover the film to increase the pile temperature and promote the development of hyphae.
