Straw mushroom is a kind of high temperature resistant variety. The suitable growth and development temperature of mycelium is 22 ℃-32 ℃, and the mushroom temperature is 24 ℃-35 ℃. It can be planted in May-October in our province. Its raw materials include wheat straw, rice straw, corn stalk, mushroom chaff for planting edible fungi, etc.

Ganoderma lucidum is a kind of medicinal fungus with high temperature resistance. Its mycelium growth and development temperature is 22 ℃-32 ℃, and its fruit body growth and development temperature is 18 ℃-35 ℃. It can grow from April to October in our province.

Pleurotus ostreatus is the main cultivated strain in our province, with many varieties and high technical level. Some high-temperature resistant varieties can produce mushrooms normally during the high temperature period. At present, the main varieties of high-temperature Pleurotus ostreatus are Suyin No. 6, Yare No. 1, Fuyou No. 1 and High-temperature No. 1, but insect prevention should be paid attention to in production.

The suitable growth temperature of Auricularia auricula hyphae is 22 ℃-28 ℃, and the growth temperature of fruit body is 15 ℃-32 ℃. In summer of our province, Auricularia auricula can grow normally under certain conditions.

Coprinus comatus is also a kind of high temperature resistant variety. Its fruiting temperature is 10 ℃-34 ℃. Some varieties are more resistant to high temperature and can still produce mushrooms at temperatures above 25 ℃.

High temperature mushrooms, mainly refers to the big fat mushrooms and four spore mushrooms. Compared with Agaricus bisporus, it has strong resistance and high temperature resistance.
