Shaanxi Yijiangxin Food Processing Co., Ltd. is located in Zone C of JD Logistics Port, Baohe Logistics Park, Economic Development Zone, Hanzhong, Shaanxi. Yijiangxin was established on September 30, 2022, with a registered capital of US$10 million and a total investment of RMB 120 million, and owns a production area of 3,600 square meters. Invested and incorporated by Hong Kong Hongyue Industry Co., Limited, Yijiangxin is a foreign-funded enterprise specializing in processing and  producing edible mushrooms and related products. By cooperating with planters and planter cooperatives to achieve an integration model, we have become a comprehensive enterprise that integrates planting, production, research and development, and export trade.

Our primary products include dried mushrooms, mushroom sauce and other deep-processed edible mushroom products. Based on “mushrooms”, we innovatively start from researching and breeding strains. We plant all the main raw and auxiliary materials in Liuba, Ningqiang, Mian County, Lueyang, etc., introduce modern flow line production equipment and create unique technologies. With our endeavors and investments, a breeding and planting base, edible mushroom production and processing factory, our mushroom sauce production factory are all set up. Led by the spirit of traditional Chinese food culture, we set our goal as “make sauces with our whole heart, sustain businesses with the spirit of originality”. We have created a series of products such as “Yixin” and “Jiangxin”, and bring our customers a taste of lovesickness. We have five flavors: spicy, peppery, five-spice, original, and beef, all of which have special tastes. All products are chewy and rich in the flavor of fermented beans. Delicacies and nutrition are integrated in the perfect blend of mushrooms and fermented beans.

Yijiangxin has created the ideological concept of “export of agricultural economy”. We have exported our products to South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand and other Asian countries, and established cooperative relationships with many local companies, planter cooperatives and planters from those countries, which boosts our sales of local agricultural and sideline products. It is expected to achieve an annual sales revenue of RMB 300 million and an annual total import and export volume of RMB 250 million after all factories are put into production. We rely on the exceptional natural conditions of planting edible mushrooms in Hanzhong and rofessional research teams. Apart from that, we focus on the deep processing of edible mushrooms, and have established online and off-line marketing teams, to grow into a reliable and creative healthy foods producer with investment value.
